The people who are saying having both Jesús Sánchez and Nathan Lukes on the roster is redundant are funny man. Aside from being left-handed, they share no similarities as baseball players. Polar opposite profiles. The Jays are gonna use both regularly based on the opposing SP.

As good as Daulton Varsho's swinging it this spring I still wouldn't slot him in the 2-hole this year. We've seen what that looks like for stretches in each of the past three seasons. His profile doesn't fit well there. I want my low OBP/high SLG centerfielder hitting 6th.

Canada would have been better off if Russ played 1B instead of coached it. Josh Naylor was an absolute waste of a roster spot.

Well... they coulda rolled over at 5-0. Good fight boys. Obviously the B-7th hurt...a lot. But this is a good young team. Missing a couple pieces....but is was definitely a step in the right direction.
