@ZssBecker My problem is it’s never enough, I can always get down a little bit more in body fat %, upset i didn’t take profits when I was worth nearly 9 figures… worry and stress is always abound

If you don't have perfect weight/health, zero debt, enough money in the bank to live off of for 20 years and a way of life that gives fulfillment... Stop worrying about politics, ukraine, etc. Maybe figure out your financials/life before trying to solve world peace.
