@LindaMPrice Hi Linda! We're sorry to hear you've had trouble with Tubeless. While we tested our rolls and found they fit on most UK household holders, we'd suggest that our regular range is still available. 🐨

Well I have just got some of the Cushelle tube less toilet rolls. Only one trouble with them @CushelleUK they are now so thick they do not fit onto the wall toilet roll holder!!

@CushelleUK What has happen to your product? The last Cushelle pack we bought is like something I would expect to find in toilets on a motorway service station. Thin, hard and bad quality… It is so bad I am worried I might get splinters.

@CushelleUK my mother in law has always used Cushelle Quilted whereas I had normal - thought I’d copy her this week as it’s the one luxury left I can’t afford to skimp on these days…mine is awfully rough compared to my mother in laws. Think I’ll stick to normal Cushelle…shame!

@ambogemma Hi Gemma, great question! The paper used on our Quilted rolls is more cushioned, meaning Tubeless rolls are about 60% bigger. With Original, we were able to create rolls double the size with twice as many sheets. We hope this helps.

@CushelleUK I am confused…two packs, the same size of 6 tubeless rolls. The quilted 6 is equivalent to 9 normal rolls. The original 6 is equivalent to 12? Is this purely to do with the thickness of each sheet? It makes 3 rolls difference?

Talking of inferior quality….has anyone else noticed the deterioration in the recent batches of @CushelleUK loo roll?! Thinner, harder, weaker and less well perforated. Lovely… Other brands are available…

@CushelleUK What have you done to your original toilet tissues? The paper is much flimsier. I am very disappointed. Why have you done this?
