@customink this came in the mail like this which is unacceptable. Had it rush ordered to get in time for my daughters bday on groundhogs day. And no offer to overnight ship it. Instead a said refund. Will never order again. Packaged like trash.

@customink how can I get support with your company for fundraiser when everyone I speak with gives me a different story. 1-We can copy the fundraiser design and make you a shirt, 2-I’ll get in trouble if I transfer you without order. 3-Nobody can help you really we can’t add 2 order. This is what happens when you outsource to maximize profit, you lose customer service and satisfaction.

Along with this I am working with another vendor who gained licensing within a few days whom is a much smaller company that @customink . I hope this issue gets resolved soon and “inkers” stop telling me that i “will receive an email with an update soon” 🙄

@customink has delayed my order for two weeks now and has been too lazy to solve my issue. I had ordered shirts with plenty of time to be created and gain licensing approval. Despite this every time I checked the portal i was directed to it claimed they were “on time”.

@customink why ask someone to dm to figure out what’s going on then it’s complete silence you are the worst company and anyone that does business with you I will not do business with. Shame on you. You took money and have not provided the products that were PAID for
