I managed to pull some images, but I can't ship anything to production at this point. This is the risk of relying on a single infrastructure provider.

The article points to how difficult it is to build a profitable business on open source. VCs tend to force a money first approach, to the detriment of open source.
It also shows the need for multi vendor contributors in an OSS project!

@LinuxJedi Yes, you are! :) The amount of problems I have had with IRC that are solved by other platforms free of charge made me really not like it.
(needing to be always on, not working well for mobile platforms, etc.)
