@the_hunter1100 If it’s true, of course. Let’s be fair, the Feds consider conspiracy to be as serious as the leader.

@joeroganhq He’s right, for the WRONG reasons. When we speak of sugars, do we mean glucose (body sugar), fructose (best one) or sucrose (table sugar)? It’s fat that slows digestion and fills you up, not protein. And supplements are best digested from minerals rich water or supplements.

@L27one @thematrixb0t That’s exactly the right answer. Fluoride is used to cover the surface area of teeth and that’s all It’s not meant to be ingested, where it can harmfully compete with iodine in the thyroid. Children don’t know better. We adults do.

@thematrixb0t Yes. Too much of anything is bad. Using things incorrectly is bad. Don't eat the toothpaste. Don't swallow the mouthwash. Don't inject the bleach. These labels are present to protect those that can't read them anyway.

@baker_girlie The drugs that were mentioned, do NOT have drowsiness as an expected side effect. Now that I’ve said that , I do agree that we have become too symptom oriented, using pharmaceuticals instead of addressing the primary discrepancy.

This clueless lady gets pulled over for driving erratically and having a street sign sticking out the back of her car. It’s quite obvious she ran over the sign. She isn’t drunk. She is under the influence of prescription medication. These officers are very kind. I wonder if they arrested her because her husband was at the airport heading to NY for a surgery.

@ProjectGokuu It appears that almost every disease is either made worse by insulin resistance or caused by it. And insulin resistance is metabolic discrepancy between the progressive increase in insulin response and the decline of cellular demand (metabolism).

Dr. Benjamin Bikman says we wasted BILLIONS trying to cure Alzheimer's by targeting amyloid plaques. For decades, scientists believed brain plaques caused Alzheimer's. So they developed drugs to reduce them. And the drugs worked - the plaques reduced. But it didn't reverse or prevent Alzheimer's or cognitive decline at all. So, these conditions got worse in patients. The reason is because the original papers that launched the entire plaque theory were found to be based on fabricated data. The foundation of decades of Alzheimer's research was built on a lie. Meanwhile, a different explanation kept rising to the surface: insulin resistance of the brain. Here's what that means: Your brain needs glucose for energy. But in key regions, glucose can't just enter — insulin has to open the door. When those brain cells become insulin resistant, insulin knocks but the door stays shut. Glucose can't get in. The brain starts starving for energy. • Memory fades • Thinking slows • Cognition declines There's only one other fuel source that can fill that gap: ketones. Ketones don't need insulin. They cross into the brain directly. — Dr. Benjamin Bikman (@BenBikmanPhD) on Steven Bartlett's (@StevenBartlett) Diary of a CEO podcast PS. Dr. Benjamin Bikman's lab just proved that vaping is worse than smoking for your health. Bikman and lung expert Paul Reynolds published multiple papers comparing cigarette smoke to the hyper-heated molecules from vaping. They measured two things: 1) Insulin resistance 2) Inflammatory damage to the airway The results: "Chemical for chemical, vaping caused more damage to the airway and greater insulin resistance than traditional cigarettes." Insulin resistance is the symptoms for almost all chronic diseases killing us, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer's, even erectile dysfunction and infertility. An entire generation switched to vaping believing it was the safer option. Bikman's data suggests it may be the opposite. As Steven Bartlett responded: "That's horrifying." Bikman's reply: "It is. In part because of just how common it's become." — Dr. Benjamin Bikman (@BenBikmanPhD) on Steven Bartlett's (@SteveBartlettSC) Diary of a CEO podcast PS. Elon Musk
Elon Musk@elonmusk·
Yes
Dustin@r0ck3t23

Elon Musk thinks the entire education system is built on a broken assumption. That every student should learn the same thing. At the same speed. In the same order. At the same time. Musk: “Everyone goes through from like 5th grade to 6th grade to 7th grade like it’s an assembly line. But people are not objects on an assembly line.” The model was designed for a factory economy. Standardized inputs. Predictable outputs. That economy is gone. The assembly line is gone. But the education system still runs on its logic. A student who masters algebra in two weeks sits through eight more weeks because the calendar says so. A student who struggles gets dragged forward because the schedule doesn’t wait. Neither is being served. Both are being processed. Musk: “Allow people to progress at the fastest pace that they can or are interested in, in each subject.” AI doesn’t teach a classroom. It teaches a student. One at a time. Every time. It skips what a student already knows. It finds where they’re stuck and approaches it from a different angle. It adjusts in real time. Not at the end of a semester when the damage is already done. A student obsessed with basketball learns fractions through shooting percentages. A student who builds in Minecraft learns geometry through architecture. The subject doesn’t change. The entry point does. No teacher with thirty students can do this. Not because they lack skill. Because the math doesn’t work. AI doesn’t have that constraint. Musk: “You do not need to tell your kid to play video games. They will play video games on autopilot all day. So if you can make it interactive and engaging, then you can make education far more compelling.” The brain isn’t broken. The format is. Kids learn complex systems and strategic thinking for hours voluntarily. Then walk into a classroom and can’t focus for twenty minutes. That’s not a discipline problem. That’s a design problem. Musk: “A university education is often unnecessary. You probably learn the vast majority of what you’re going to learn there in the first two years. And most of it is from your classmates.” Four years. Six figures of debt. And the real value comes from the people sitting next to you. Not the institution charging you. The degree doesn’t certify knowledge. It certifies endurance. Musk: “If the goal is to start a company, I would say no point in finishing college.” The system was built to train employees. If you’re not trying to be one, it has nothing left to offer you. Every lecture. Every textbook. Every curriculum. Now available instantly. Personalized to any learner. Adapted to any pace. The question isn’t whether the old model survives. It’s how long we keep forcing students through it while the replacement already exists.

@SBakerMD They’re covering themselves for liability. BUT WHY DO THEY FEEL NEED TO DO SO? ? Because a physician can get sued for a significantly probable negative outcome And when a physician gets sued (worse for solo practitioners), his career (and business) gets significantly impeded.

@rupert6868 @wideawake_media Gorillas eat all day long. Like you pointed out, they eat large quantities of insects along with huge quantities (15-20% of their body weight) in vegetation per day: up to 40 lbs per day.

NOT A DOC. BUT I DISAGREE. at our base or core we are primates, primates scavenge plants, insects and eat most all day. i think it would be rare for them to go a day w/o eating. when gorilla and chimp poop is analyzed there is animal protein from insects and grubs that the ape eats with the fruit and leaves.

"Three meals a day... That's not nature. That's Rockefeller marketing." "Our ancestors... ate once a day, sometimes three times a week." "And you know what? They thrived... Because the body is designed to function best in fasting." "Fasting activates cells that act like little soldiers. They march straight to the damage, clean it out, rebuild you stronger. That's real medicine." "The system isn't built for your health. It's built for your dependence."
