Not a fan of the Schenn/Stanley pairing tonight against Tampa. The Sabres don’t need to get in a brawl. They need to get two points and putting inferior defensemen on the ice isn’t how you accomplish that against a highly skilled team like the Lightning.

Pretty obvious what one takeaway from the three games this week is: #Sabres are 28-5-4 with Metsa in the lineup. They are 17-16-4 without him in the lineup. He needs to be on the ice Tuesday night. Period.
