All right, oxrsys 1.2.0 is out with a big changelog. This time there are only 3 downloads: - The Meta Quest client - A zip with the Home (signed) and the runtime (signed) - A zip with two (signed) XR Interaction Toolkit demos to test VR on your Mac :-) And like usual: - It's free and open source - It doesn't require internet, it works offline - No data are collected - Everything built with native tech: C++, Objective C and Swift github.com/demonixis/oxrs…

@RayaneRachid_ j'ai l'impression inverse.. dans quel secteur ? Le CDI devrait être reformé, c'est vraiment un frein à l'emploi, c'est trop restrictif pour l'employeur, donc beaucoup d'abus je trouve, en particulier avec les périodes d'essai.

I'm improving the terrain system in C3DE by adding - streaming / infinite terrain - flat and curved earth (infinite) - procedural - grass rendering system - tree rendering system - city / road procedural system Then I'll start improving the sky with - atmosphere - haze / fog / volumetrics - clouds Everything will scales accros devices with a quality settings close to Unity and inspired by .ini from Unreal

@ayaboch The anti AC is mainly people in city where it's hard to add AC because of old building. There is also an anti AC mind, but it's changing I guess. In country side, a lot of people have AC (i've 2)

This is a native Metal implementation for @MonoGameTeam 💪 with MacOS and iOS support. Soon VisionOS! You can grab it from my fork here github.com/demonixis/Mono… On the left, a 2D sample to validate SpriteBatch and friends. On the right a 3D sample with custom shader. Still HLSL, converted to Metal, with the content builder.

Here is a WIP port of 4 old games to C3DE - Shoot All Pumpkins (Older C3DE): an FPS made in 7h for a gamejam - NebulaPrime (Custom MG): An RTS made in 1 week for a gamejam - SpaceXplorer (Unity): A 3D port of NebulaPrime - The Lost Maze (Custom MG) : My first game published on the Windows Store (WP8, Windows) back in the Windows 8 days Everything almost ported in few hours to C3DE (custom @MonoGameTeam based game engine)

@SkarredGhost @Simne1core I think we can, we've brillant minds in Europe, very good people. But there is no budget allowed for that and too much regulation. Do you imagine the hell it is to launch a rocket? or to deploy an humanoid robot? This is just because of abusive regulations not talents

Lo vedo girare ovunque questo, e la parte su "Europe regulates" fa pure ridere perché un fondo di verità ce l'ha. Ma è una mezza verità. Mettiamo i numeri sul tavolo. Nessun chip avanzato al mondo, né americano né cinese, nasce senza una macchina olandese. ASML fa il 90% della litografia di frontiera ed è l'unica al pianeta a costruire le EUV. TSMC, Samsung, Intel: tutti in fila da lei. Togli ASML e la corsa ai chip si ferma domani mattina, ovunque. E sui power semiconductor, i tre europei (Infineon, STM, NXP) fanno quasi metà del mercato automotive mondiale. Infineon è il numero uno al mondo sulla potenza. Sono i chip dentro l'auto elettrica, l'inverter del pannello, l'alimentazione del data center AI. Quindi no, l'Europa non "solo regola". Controlla i colli di bottiglia che gli altri non sanno replicare. Il nostro problema è un altro, e ce l'ho scritto in testa da anni: inventiamo e non scaliamo. Restiamo inchiodati al 10% della produzione mondiale mentre l'ingegno ce l'abbiamo. Quella è la partita vera, non lo slogan da meme.

@cyannick @MonoGameTeam I have it working on migrating my Descent 3 fork (already added AO, bloom, motion vectors/blur, 3D audio, soft particles, SSAA) to a modern Vulkan renderer. Been going on five-and-a-half hours with Sol Ultra. Crossing my fingers and excited to see what it comes up with!

I'm rushing Sol xhigh/ultra to transform my old @MonoGameTeam based game engine, into a production game engine. That's incredible how close I am. It's very addictive. I'm building games on my side, the AI builds low level stuff, demos, tests, docs. Next I'll write a Unity exporter and port my Unity games too x-) Fun fact, I've a working OpenXR integration and thanks to the new Vulkan backend, Quest will be a supported platform. I guess I'll have to try to build a Vision Pro export too..
