The United States is home to the most talented AI researchers in the world. Instead of harnessing American innovation, Senator Sanders is inviting foreign nationals to tell the United States how to regulate AI. It would be like channeling Hugo Chavez to get advice on how to run our economy—oh wait, the Senator from Vermont did that 20 years ago, too. The real threat to AI safety is letting any nation other than the United States set the global standard.

Less Taxes Paid Even if some working people still owed something at filing because “they didn’t pull enough out” of their checks, their total tax for the year can still be lower — they paid less of their own money to the IRS than they would have under the old law.

Smashing Iran’s regime would blow a huge hole in the global Islamist terror supply chain and throw their networks into chaos for a while—but it won’t, by itself, fix the deeper radicalization problem in European Muslim communities.

More refineries = more gasoline and diesel = lower prices. You don’t always need cheaper oil, you need a government that stops kneecapping refining.
