@HenshawKate This a very sad report. Pple are truly carrying pressures silently. And somehw, this culture of silence in the face of personal struggle has often not been helpful. For some, opening up is easy, for others its not. Therapy helps. To speak up does not mean you are weak.

😭😭 Bola leaves heartbreaking note before she kpai herself in Lagos with sn!pęr💔💔💔 A heartbreaking incident has thrown the Ogba area of Lagos into mourning after a young woman identified as Bola reportedly took her own life. She left behind a handwritten note that revealed the depth of her emotional pa!n. According to reports, Bola was a staff member of Wado Credit & Co in Ogba. She was said to have been battling intense personal and financial pressures in recent times. Those who knew her described her as hardworking and reserved, making the news of her death even more shocking to colleagues and neighbours. What has made the tragedy even more devastating is the handwritten note she left behind a deeply emotional message that painted a picture of someone overwhelmed by hopelessness. ' Read the note in the attached image ' The handwritten message suggests she was struggling with feelings of failure, mental exhaustion, and fear about the future. Mental health advocates continue to emphasize the importance of speaking up and seeking help during moments of emotional distress. If you or anyone around you is experiencing overwhelming emotional pain or thoughts of self-harm, please seek immediate help from a trusted person or a qualified mental health professional.
