Girl wey I buy shoe for e hand today, dey text “hope you got home safe?” As how bikonu? I don’t understand 😣

After a babe has agreed to date me, what am I suppose to say next?

I have a very simple principle to hiring. Once I get someone that perfectly meets the minimum baseline for a position and has the right attitude, I hire. No time. I once routed a hiring process through an external HR and after hours of interviewing, and weeks of getting to consensus, she asked, "do you still want to see these other CVs?" Aunty, we've already shortlisted people from the earlier application. Why do I need to see more CVs and enter analysis paralysis to get the RIGHT person? 😭 I feel HR just wastes time in order to be seen as productive.

@cylway This is Guzape. Lokogoma and maybe even wuye to an extent. But the majority of the rent prices are over exaggerated. I still hustle property deals in this city from time to time so I know what the actual average prices of most areas are. See that Jahi for instance, big lie!!!

@cylway Show me just 2 one bedroom units in Maitama that costs that much. 2 is all I ask of. Not that they have told you, or I should check. Show me, with pictures and addresses.

@ABUJAPLUG Those average prices are unreal for every single area. A 3 bedroom in most parts of Maitama will cost that much and not a one bedroom. I live here so I know well. I also have a few friends in Kuje and Jahi and those prices are all fake. 2 bedrooms in Kuje go for less than that

Points, points, points… but let’s be real - if there were no points, would you still trade on your favorite perp DEX? most projects right now are just farming users with points, without bringing anything new more than half of perp DEXes will either drag seasons forever until users leave, or straight up scam like Paradex (who had a real chance at a good TGE but got greedy) my advice: find 1-3 perp DEXes with strong community + good devs who listen to users and ship real product and have good metrics If there were no points programs, which perp DEX would you actually use for trading? @variational_io @nadoHQ @extendedapp @pacifica_fi @PhoenixTrade @StandX_Official @pacifica_fi @01Exchange @tradehotstuff @grvt_io

This doesn't excuse anything. A movie should be true to life. It should have a very close semblance to what obtains in the reality of that setting and culture. And if they can ignore something so minute and basic as a prison uniform, it makes me wonder how many more details will be ignored in the movie. Nollywood needs to grow up from this poor imitation of Hollywood. It's tiring and exhausting that we have to explain this every time. Sighs.

It is people like you that encourage these terribly bad movie scenes in the Nigerian movie Industry. I watch some Nigerian movies and see that ordinary hospital scene, accident scene etc looks like what a 10yr old could come up with. People are not asking for too much, but a near lived reality movies scenes that people will pay monies to watch and enjoy. Not all these poorly scripted parlor sets skit you people dish out to the public calling it movie.
