The man who helped start Canada down the path of extreme government overreach is just getting started. He is one of the architects behind one of the most authoritarian tech systems we’ve ever seen. And anyone who is okay with this system is extremely short-sighted and historically uninformed about power structures and the dangers of centralized control. No citizenship required. No minimum age. Sample ballots handed out in Bengali. Members signed up who had no idea what they voted for. That’s how a candidate, BACKED BY OUR PRIME MINISTER, STILL LOST. But the Federal Liberals were smart enough to see the issue & changed the rules last year. Don’t forget, the federal Liberal Party kicked BOTH Chandra Arya & Ruby Dhalla for “extremely serious violations.” They boasted about 400,000 registered Liberals ahead of that vote. Only 38% of them voted. Just over 100,000 determined our Prime Minister. Want to know what happened? The federal Liberals, USED TO ALLOW NON-CITIZENS TO VOTE, BEFORE CARNEY ENTERED THE RACE. I honestly believe they knew how strong the ethnic voting block was. So they kicked out the 2 ethnic candidates and changed the rules. Where you must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. This ensured an uncontested Carney victory. The Ontario Liberal Party though, they didn’t make that change in time for Nate. And that’s why Nate is crying foul. Unlike Carney, he is not their chosen one.
