@JustinThind Right? They had more guys with composure under pressure than I’ve ever seen. I know the energy was high but they broke out of traps regularly, rarely panicking, borderline tiki taka at times. Growing.

This just isn’t how players from this region of the world have ever navigated tight spaces. The movement & touches are Spain-lite. Pochettino has answered the call, and They have the attack. Just need the defense, GK & overall consistency to be average.

@LangmanVince It’s a big shot, impressive. After the stoppage, the arms, the head nod is gross. Sports junky most my life but what made it great was the team moments, that’s been replaced by narcissism. She’s a great shooter and quickly becoming less and less humble.
