Even that isn’t accurate , it’s way more . Also you can’t make noodles or pasta without salt lmao 🤣 so there atleast what 2TB of salt 🧂?

Rec sodium intake based on age: 4–8 <1,500 mg 9–13 <1,800 mg 14–18 2,300 mg Entire can’s sodium content (according to your 2.5 cup servings & 720 mg/cup): 1800 mg; thus, 450 mg per meal
