yesterday i had ran at Tohopekaliga High School and got first place in the 100m and ran a 12.62 and i had got 3rd place in the 200m and ran a 25.80. more to come💪🏽! @Rockledge_Track

Our hurdlers had a great week of training and it showed in the results. Unsigned 2023 @KingNischa ran a 14.27 PR and 2024 @Jaidaamaya ran 14.72 in spite of clipping H10. Both ran early RU's at the same pace as Wednesday's practice session. Stay tuned! @PeachShawntel
