In defense of Mikey “Shorts” merch haul: Golf X erupted this week over this Sleepy Hollow merch haul. Some kid went to an event there and bought everything. He got ridiculed so hard he deleted his account. Listen, I’m only spending this kind of money at ANGC. But, what do I care what someone else buys at a pro shop? The club makes money. The club pro often makes money. The brands sell more merch. Who loses? Who gives a rip? Is the kid spoiled? Probably, not my concern. Lucky him. Buy whatever you want. In real life, nobody cares what logos you wear. At most it’s a conversation starter. Most of the time you won’t even be noticed.
