Celtics can't make a three right now. That'll probably come around. But Boston's defense has been awful so far. If they don't lock in on that end, they might get beat tonight. The Grizzlies are playing hard, fast and loose. They've got nothing to lose and are playing like it.

Biggest silver lining from the Celtics’ admittedly clunky post-Simons trade play: the NINE most-used Scheierman lineups over their last 4 games all posted positive net ratings. After the Minott, Walsh, Hauser revelations, it’s Scheierman’s time.

Love this deal for the Celtics. Vucevic adds a new dimension with his shooting and facilitating. Lots more lineup versatility for Mazzulla now. Don’t really need Simons. He’s redundant with Pritchard and Tatum should back soon to replenish scoring.
