@magicalcalories LOL this is actually liquid fasting too 😭 I liquid fast every other day and this is honestly one of my higher ends when it comes to liquid fasting 💀 I usually do around 200-300. But my max amount of cals I eat is 900 but I relatively eat 400-600 tbh.
