I lowered the V3 entry threshold from 19 BNB down to 4.4 binancecoin:native. Why? Because 4.4 is more than 4x lower than most other launchpads. I didn’t want to build something that only works for whales. I wanted normal creators with an idea and some capital to actually have a realistic shot at launching - without needing to scrape together 20 BNB just to pay the entry fee. But that’s not all. After graduation, liquidity moves to PancakeSwap V3 and stays permanently locked there. And the creator earns from every single trade - they get the full 1% platform fee for as long as the token is being traded. Not just at launch, but ongoing. On top of that, before a token graduates to V3, 25% of its fees go into a shared rewards pool across all projects on the platform. I wanted a #launchpad that’s open and accessible, but still fair - where creators can actually make real money from the success of their token over time, not just during the initial launch. The hardest part of building hodl . dance isn’t the tech. It’s not coding the launchpad, AI agents, Browser extension, smart contracts or any of that. The hardest part is the cold start. Getting the first real users and launches when nobody knows you exist yet. That’s the part that actually keeps you up at night. Everything else is just execution. Getting out of zero is the real game. How deal with the cold start phase? 🥶

Day 40. Instead of stressing that traffic is low, I just use the time to do the things I usually postpone. Restarting servers without spinning up the dev environment, refactoring old code, fixing small things that have been sitting around for weeks. Low volume can actually be a gift. It’s the only time I get to clean up stuff that never gets touched when things are busy. What do you usually do when it’s quiet? ☕
