It is not fraud to charge a lower price. It is fraud to call it IMRT and report the IMRT CPT code if you did something different. But is is just fine to call it what it is while charging a reduced fee.

This bankruptcy is a real loss to the rad onc community. The technology and engineering was elegant. I hope some of that survives. (Great picture too!)
