The POMPEII Registry offers detailed pharmacodynamic data on cangrelor in patients with acute and chronic coronary syndromes undergoing PCI. Cangrelor provided moderate platelet inhibition, with low rates of high residual platelet reactivity (HRPR) during infusion.
