Sad to hear the passing of former International USW President Leo Gerard. Leo was a relentless fighter for workers rights and an inspirational leader. @USW1005 Executive with Brother Leo at his retirement celebration. Rest in Power. @uswdistrict6 @steelworkers

Congratulations to Donald J. Trump on his election as the 47th President of the United States. The U.S. is Canada’s best friend and biggest trading partner, and I will work with the President to benefit both countries. My mission: save our jobs. The U.S. has already taken half a trillion dollars of investment and jobs from Canada under 9 years of Trudeau, and our people cannot afford homes and food. Yesterday’s result confirms we must cancel Trudeau’s plan to quadruple the carbon tax and hike other taxes, which would push hundreds of thousands more jobs south where President Trump will be cutting taxes even further. We must axe taxes. Bring home our paycheques. Save our jobs. Stand up for Canada.

Met with the hardworking members of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades District Council 46 in North York to outline our common sense plan for lower, simpler, and fairer taxes so all workers can bring home powerful paycheques. @LongestBallot Because he is desperate for votes, so he will campaign on it again and hope that voters will be stupid enough to believe him this time.

@JDVance Thank god you will never be given the opportunity to be in power as VP for 3.5 years…….34 more days left of your bullshit.

Last night was fun! Remember: Kamala Harris has been in power for the last 3.5 years. She opened the border. She cast the deciding vote on trillions in new spending. The border and affordability crisis is on her. Donald Trump, by contrast, governed with common sense.

It's put up or shut up time for Sellout Jagmeet Singh. Will he vote for the people or for his pension? Will he vote non-confidence in Justin Trudeau to call a carbon tax election now? conservative.ca/cpc/vote-non-c…

Front-line workers, hailed as heroes during the pandemic, are leading a resurgence in union militancy, demanding what they’ve long been denied: fair wages, decent work, and a greater share of the profits they help to generate. thestar.com/opinion/contri… #canlab

If @PierrePoilievre quit politics tomorrow, he would be eligible for a reduced pension at age 55 of approximately $75,000 per year for life paid for by us, the taxpayers. Let that #SinkIn when he calls out other politicians' pensions, he is a #WierdHypocrite

I applaud CUPE National for asking Fred Hahn to step down. Now it’s time for Fred to put his members first and do the right thing by resigning from all his positions of leadership. thestar.com/politics/provi…
