@Hunt4Trades It comes down to one phrase ICT said last may on a podcast about "once you find it, keep it to yourself. Its too good for public consumption." I myself can tell between those that have found IT and those that have not. Its there and its real.

I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting.. When I woke up from my ICT coma/haze I came out angry and real pissed off, not because of the time I spent, but because of the messages I get from people that are so confused they just want someone who can explain things to them simply and easily. Why can 5 different ICT traders look at the same chart, and find 5 different “reasons” for price to move in a certain way? If we all have the same info and same knowledge and same method, why are the results and why is the understanding so different? If you truly TRULY understand something, you should be able to explain it simply enough a child can understand it. Trading is not easy, but it also is not that complicated. Market goes up you make money if you’re long and lose if you’re short, and vice versa if the market goes down. I had to disconnect for a bit because I was ready to go scorched earth and burn down everything I was looking at. I do NOT like people being sold this narrative of them not working hard enough or being smart enough to grasp something they are putting almost all their free time and energy into. I do NOT like the way ICT students and “educators” keep this mystery and secrecy around what they’ve “figured out”. We are supposed to be here to help each other, NOT give each other more questions. I do NOT like the image certain individuals within the community have built around themselves, like they are better than you in some way or like they are someone who’s word you should look at like it’s written in stone. I do NOT like the way people treat others, and it happens much more often than it should We see our “teacher” come on here with this massive ego and weird energy, almost creating this weird sense of idolatry around him, and also using God and him being “touched by God” as a method to draw people closer. One of the 10 commandments is DO NOT WORSHIP FALSE IDOLS, and if you have been in some of the spaces or look around on the responses of some of the posts, what are you seeing? I’m still having a hard time finding the right words to say about how I feel about it all, but my only goal here is to help people wake up and get back to thinking for themselves. This past week I saw from a real long term profitable and professional trader how simple this could all be. I don’t think what ICT taught is completely useless, but I think he wasted everyone’s time playing this stupid fucking game, when it could’ve been explained in one year not 10+ and 865 videos and even more spaces. One day you have to put the videos aside and ask yourself: What type of trader do you want to be? We have seen some success stories, we have been told how many of them exist. We have seen it work in our hands, but never as consistently as we want it to be. We have seen ICT execute in a way that would lead you to think he has 8-9 figures, so you just keep going hoping before your year 30 you’ll be able to do the same. Wouldn’t you think someone with the skills and knowledge you have been led to believe is possessed would be running a hedge fund or private investing firm, not sharing it with anyone? You’d be reading about them in books, seeing them interviewed on TV, they wouldn’t be talking shit all day on X. If something takes thousands of hours to explain, but still produces wildly different interpretations from the people studying it most deeply, are you learning a market, or learning a belief system? One day you have to stop asking “What am I missing?” and start asking “Why do I still feel like I’m missing something after all this time?”
