🚨 MOST CORRUPT REGIME EVER On April 1, 2026, @TheJusticeDept Office of Legal Council (OLC) under Assistant AG T. Elliot Gaiser, issued a 52-page MEMO stating that the Pedo-in-Chief @realDonaldTrump "need not further comply" with the PRA's mandates for turning over records at the end of his term. The OLC MEMO states that Congress overstepped its authority by imposing these requirements in the Presidential Records Act. LET ME BE CLEAR — an OLC memo is nothing more than a legal OPINION, that is NOT binding in the Courts or in Congress. The Presidential Records Act is a LAW PASSED BY CONGRESS, therefore, this @TheJusticeDept OLC MEMO IS ILLEGAL, and is clearly intent on giving @realDonaldTrump permission to commit a crime. The Presidential Records Act specifically states: 44 U.S.C. § 2202) - "The United States shall reserve and retain complete ownership, possession, and control of Presidential records; and such records shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of this chapter." 44 U.S.C. § 2203(g)(1) - "Upon the conclusion of a President’s term of office, or if a President serves consecutive terms upon the conclusion of the last term, the Archivist of the United States shall assume responsibility for the custody, control, and preservation of, and access to, the Presidential records of that President." _____________________________________ In other words, Assistant AG T. Elliot Gaiser, is giving @realDonaldTrump permission to STEAL classified information AGAIN, bcos Trump could technically declare ANY documents, maps, audio and visual records, and a whole slew of other things as his "personal" records and walk off with them. The Presidential Records Act also specifically states that Trump would have to hand in.... 44 U.S.C. § 2201(1) - "all books, correspondence, memoranda, documents, papers, pamphlets, works of art, models, pictures, photographs, plats, maps, films, and motion pictures, including, but not limited to, audio and visual records, or other electronic or mechanical recordations, whether in analog, digital, or any other form." In short — this OLC MEMO is a clear violation of a federal law passed by Congress.
