Sloth Update: We regrettably share that Dumpling, one of the sloths received at our facility on April 24, has passed away. Dumpling was one of a select group of animals who arrived at the Zoo in critical condition.
This has been an incredibly difficult period for our team.

Pease tell us owner of Sloth World, Ben Agresta, will be charged with animal cruelty, not abuse, and held accountable after Utmeier's criminal "probe" is concluded. One is a felony, the other a misdemeanor.
While at Sloth World, 61 sloths and 34 confirmed deaths of these beautiful little critters.
Confirmed cause: dehydration and not being fed properly.
