@daESHAshow @AmericanAir @SouthwestAir @AmericanAir did this to my brand new checked bag and refused to take any ownership. They broke a wheel completely off on the first use and told us they don’t cover scratches. Like what?? It was a whole wheel missing.

I will NEVER fly @AmericanAir again! How do you damage someone’s brand new luggage & then tell them you don’t replace wear and tear? The shit was NEW! @SouthwestAir would never do something like this! Quality over quantity, it’ll never happen again! I’m so annoyed🙄
