It dawned on me while recording tonight’s @itvMLshow that it’s 25 years since I first came up with, and filmed, my cake and clingfilm analogy for ISAs, which I used again tonight. I remember it vividly. It was the start of my career. I was excited to be filming in a cake shop in Soho, wearing a leather blazer, for the small OnDigital TV channel I worked for. I can’t quite believe where the years have gone. Though when I look at this picture, the nearest to that date I can find (prob a couple of years later). I realise just how much things, and I, have changed.
