Its quite sad that after being a @virginmedia customer for over 14 years across multiple households that I'm finally switching. It's tragic that I'm currently tied to a 125mb contract that's £40 yet they're offering new customers 1GB for that after 18 months still costs less at £38 yet they won't offer it to existing customers. My 'cheapest' is £46. Virgin falling down the greed rabbit hole not realising without existing customers you have no business.

Thanks for reaching out to us Dacman. We would need to advise that we cannot opt customers into a new deal/agreement without their agreement. The offering of a new discount would come with a new minimum contract term to make this a fair playoff between both the customer and the business. We simply cannot lock a customer into a new deal without authorisation.
