משהו ששיגע אותי כשנכנסתי לתחום הרפואה זה כמה מתחרים היו סביב כל בעיה מעניינת. עם הזמן הבנתי שהם מתחרים בתאוריה. אולי הם גייסו הרבה כסף, עשו רעש ו-PR, ויש להם אתר יפה, אבל בשטח אף אחד לא מדבר עליהם, ומי שמדבר עליהם לא משתמש בהם. תחרות בוחנים דרך העיניים של המשתמשים.
