Imagine a world where you want your customers to have a bin and not to walk past rat infested slurry to use your services.

@TheOneCalledMe It wasn't our bin and wasn't on station land Ryan. It's unreasonable to expect us to empty local authority bins although we will lift litter that blows onto the station platforms from outside our premises. ^Paul
