Aged 19 now- this is a text she sent her father today. She’s not well, she doesn’t want to see him & he’s threatening to cut off money he gives to help with Uni.

Family Court is a Travesty of Injustice. A child NEVER wants to choose one parent over another. If we really want the best interests of the child, we need to stop this ridiculous adversity now. 50/50 Shared Care. Unless proven abuse.

Got one for you: courts gave an unlawful decision in my first hearing. It’s taken 2 years to get my appeal date. Yet I’ve been sticking to the court order to the letter. Was the court order even lawful? Should I be sticking to it?

@F4JOfficial has anyone managed to sue the mother for taking away their child without any cause? Definitely something I’m looking at. Courts have said their judgement in our first case was unlawful, yet I still have to stick to their court order until appeal date?!?

Latest development: Court on the 1st October and now I am banned from seeing my son. Reason - something happened outside our house, that I have no recollection of - because quite frankly, it didn’t happen.
