@EurostarUK I've been trying to book tickets and I keep on getting ERROR: CHECKOUT_702. I've tried over 10 times and been on the customer service telephone line for over 45 minutes! What a terrible experience, just to book a ticket. Where do I need to go to get some help?

@pythonanywhere Not working for me too. It is very slow and my app goes in timeout as it is unable to access your server. This is a big problem for me.

@parcelmonkey Terrible service! My express parcels are stuck in the local depot for a week now. I've messaged you many times, called the courier myself and we are still awaiting a resolution. I've requested a refund and you are denying it. This is the worst customer service ever!

@UPSHelp_UK I'm still under shock. Your delivery driver harassed me with abusive language and behaviour. And I only kindly asked him if he could leave the large parcels in the lift. I'm shocked and scared to receive new deliveries from UPS again.

@alilauro Sorento-Ischia, it takes an hour but it took nearly two! No communication from the crew. Terrible service. Not worth at all the premium price paid.
