@afrisagacity ADC will do consensus whether they like it or not. Direct primaries is practically impossible in Nigeria of today. Direct primaries is almost the same thing as general election. If APC could not hold primaries, who’s ADC!

From what Peter Obi said here, it appears the ADC leadership will no longer settle for a consensus candidacy but will conduct direct primaries. I'd believe they learned something from what happened at their Convention yesterday. Give Nigerians a candidate who will excite them!✍️

I woke up this morning and remembered that all Mr Peter Obi asked of Abure in Labour Party was that ward, local Government and State congresses must be done before the National Convention. That was the bone of all that contention! Nothing beats due process, even if it will not favour you, follow it! It keeps things transparent and accountable. Seeing ADC conclude its ward, LG and State congresses before the National Convention reminded me of it

It is known that without intervention, displaced youth have a 50-60% chance of being radicalized like this. And with as many as 10-12 MILLION displaced today -- we're looking at 5-6 million more bloodthirsty terrorists like this. Nigeria can't withstand this. Africa can't. The world can't. The thought of it -- a vast army of jihadis, with a trillion dollars of minerals (that's a thousand billion dollars for those who are mathematically challenged) -- it's downright apocalyptic.
