Geno is the Boss of The Voyager. In C7S1, Dark Voyager told us that the Order is "of particular interest" And as we know, the Order is the daughter of Geno One of the propaganda this season says "Imagine Perfection" and we know Geno is a Perfectionist... Geno is behind it all..
