Isn’t the imposition of a naval blockade an act of aggression under Article 3(c) of UNGA Resolution 3314, a clear violation of Article 2(4) of the UN Charter, and a breach of any agreed ceasefire? Do international trade and maritime navigation fall under U.S. domestic law or under international law, the WTO agreements, and customary rules on freedom of the seas?
