🆕🆕🆕🆕 ❓AIM: How are modifications reported in IDEAL-cited papers? 🤯RESULTS: Only 68% of Stage 2a and 33% of Stage 2b reported ANY modifications. Within this, huge variation/inconsistencies. 🤓READ: shorturl.at/HCMGJ

Love it or hate it, MARS 2 was a difficult trial to recruit to (intervention versus no intervention), strong opinions (patients and clinicians like) - here's some insights on how we did it. trialsjournal.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.11…

@catrholt uses her expertise in conversation analysis to unearth what happens when patients seek treatment recommendations. Unsurprisingly, in the 1/4 consultations where clinicians make recommendations, equipoise massively disrupted and recruitment v unlikely!
