That alongside 4 other independents defeating Labour, the Greens defeating another shadow cabinet minister, and Wes Streeting nearly losing.

Why is Colin Bailey suggesting that students on courses not listed as exceptions in the government guidelines can return to campus if they want? When will students who wish to adhere to national lockdown going to get their rent refunded for the weeks they cannot be on campus?
