@dajmeyer So disturbing. Will violence shift matters? I can’t honestly say. My gut feeling is that it will just lead to more violence. I see no substitute for working on the transformation of consciousness, little by little. “Love is the shadow that ripens the wine.”

Now resolved... I paid for a fare class allowying carry-ons, and all I asked @LATAM_CHI was to refund the difference to the lower fare class. They refused. Today, Chase bank found them at fault, refunding not just the difference but the entire ticket fare. They could have saved money by simply having integrity.
