“I need to educate Nigerians about elections. Elections are a process; they do not end on election day when people go out to vote. It starts with voter registration, then voting, and defending your votes. It is not the responsibility of Mr Peter Obi to defend your votes—it is your responsibility and my responsibility to defend our votes. All of you saying Peter Obi is too soft should understand that he is just one man. He has nothing to løse; he is a billionaire. We are talking about the common man who cannot even afford to feed.” — Man react

@xomething_ @singingkong @247IGBO There are some approaches some certain people deserve. I talked about NRI with nothing but pride that comes with being an Igbo. Every other sensible Igbo person should just like it and go not to insult and expect a tap on the shoulders. I don't need to explain much

Congratulations to Victor Osimhen I want to join other fans in congratulating one of Nigeria’s many talented exports, Victor Osimhen, for successfully leading Galatasaray S.K. to the Turkish Süper Lig title with a brilliant performance, scoring twice in the decisive victory that sealed the championship. Your resilience, discipline, and talent continue to inspire millions of young Nigerians to believe in the power of hard work, dedication, and excellence. You have remained a proud ambassador of Nigeria on the global stage, bringing honour to our nation through your achievements and conduct. Nigerians are immensely proud of you and your continued success. I have often spoken about the transformative power of sports and the immense opportunities it offers to young people. This is why the persistent neglect of the sector in our country is deeply regrettable. The truth is that Nigeria is blessed with countless talents like Osimhen, waiting for the right leadership, support, and environment to rise, excel, and bring glory to the nation. I reiterate that a new Nigeria, where all sectors develop simultaneously for the balanced growth and health of the nation is POssible. I wish @victorosimhen9 even greater success in the years ahead. -PO

While everyone is pointing out Reno Omokri’s double facedness, which is an obvious character, I wish to point out something different. Common sense they say is not common. I have known the Yoruba tribe to be one of the most respectful when it comes to greeting, approaching or addressing their elders; you’ll easily see younger folks prostrate in greeting people who are older. It is culture that even education and travelling wide has not taken away from most of them. On the other hand, in igbo culture, we do not lie flat to greet our elders, however we also do not stretch out our hands first to greet an elder, we take a posture that shows reverence until the elder stretches his hands which we now respond graciously which is exactly what Mr. Peter Obi did in this video. That would have been enough for a reasonable person, seeing that he was the one seeking that attention from P.O We don’t tap our elders on the shoulder in that manner, Yoruba’s don’t, no tribe in Nigeria does. Nevertheless in his high handedness and absolute disregard for someone who is not just the most decent and most respected politician in Nigeria today, but also an elder, Reno Omokri tapped Peter Obi’s shoulders like a teenager taps his mate. Ridiculous! Absolutely ridiculous that such a political nitwit as Reno Omokri is doing what he won’t do to any other elder from his tribe or political employers. Dear H.E Mr. Peter Obi that you chose simplicity doesn’t automatically mean anyone can disrespect you who we all hold in high esteem! I know you’ll overlook, but… This is why political bigwigs all over the world, move around with security details and aids, even if it’s not easily identifiable. It is not pride, it is wisdom. People like Reno Omokri does not fall in the class of political, he is an extremely bad character, his soul has been sold to the devil and there is nothing he cannot be used to achieve as a political jobberman. Be simple, we love you that way, but do not cast precious pearls to swines! Ikechukwu Joshua Sir J
