One of the most exquisite ichthyosaurs you will EVER see. I guarantee it.
A stunning Jurassic ichthyosaur with preserved soft tissues. That dorsal and caudal fin! 😍
It is from the Early Jurassic, ~ 180 million years old. 0n display at the Hauff Museum, Germany. #FossilFriday
There's a saying that perseverance pays off and last Sunday it certainly did. 7 visits and some 25+ hours sat freezing cold waiting for Short-eared owls to come out of their roost of which most were pretty pointless photo wise. All made totally worthwhile just before sunset!

@adam__moore (2) - In an XML/JSON file, how to encode RAiD? At article-level or more granular than that? with funding? Journals need to agree on where/how to present/store this info. JATS has a generic metadata (name/value) field, but JATS-specific. Globally?
@adam__moore - Very good talk at NISOPlus. If you have any ins with the RAiD folks, we of journal 'publishing'/archiving world need to know where we should put a RAiD. If you look at an HTML, PDF or an XML file of journal article, should you be able to find RAiD? Yes, I hope. (1)
GB: In the end: XProc 3 pipeline
Practice is to save whole folder (including code) into SVN so have data in branch after each run
Convert early on to semantic XML so good for comparison
