A huge mistake I see companies make when launching paid ads on Meta & TikTok is not "teaching" the algorithm who to look for... Pointing the algorithms in the right direction and using the proper creative and targeting strategies can reduce the learning time dramatically.

People are getting incredibly good at the game of business. We are evolving rapidly in that sense. Yet we are SLOWLY making progress serving the marginalized communities of the world.

It seems like a lot of really smart entrepreneurs want to make their money and then start to give. I’d argue that we need their brains as much (or more) than their money to help solve the complex challenges of our world.
