Freedom of speech and professionalism can exist in the same space. You can be honest without hurting your future opportunities. Even if you own your own business, you are still shaping how people perceive you and your brand.

Reviewing your plans and how far you've achieved at the end of the year gives strength and a sense of fufilment.

I do believe in New year resolutions, in having that sense of a new beginning, a new start and time to make things straight. It has been a custom , we've practiced it year after year. So it would be wise for anyone to set goals, write plans and work towards them.
