Update: current ETA for completion of backfilling missing credits is 6 hours.

The fix has been deployed and all functionality is back to normal. Scripts backfilling the missing credits are up and running, but it’s a slow process due to multiple checks required. Current ETA to complete it is 24 hours. Our team is working on speeding it up.
