The Boston Athletic Association now has a hard 5:30PM cutoff for official finishers, replacing the old rolling 6-hour window.

There comes a point when ordering steak 🥩at a restaurant is no longer worth it....and Vegas hotel restaurants passed that point about 4 years ago.
The only way around the gouge is to split a single cut between 4-6 people, with everyone getting a slice or two...which is probably all the beef you should be eating anyway. 😉
