The prosecutor in ChudTheBuilder's case describes the entire altercation proving that Joshua Fox did in fact assault Chud when he was trying to walk away.
Since the case is so cut-and-dried, the prosecutor is now bringing up Chud's previous X posts about defending himself against Black people in an attempt to make it look like he wanted this to happen.
