I waited 15m for my driver this morning and when he arrived he let another lady into the car from Uber instead (likely paying more for the ride) so I was kicked out and had to wait another 10 minutes. Do you not penalise drivers from accepting two rides and cancelling one after arriving? I have video footage that I can DM you.

Urth Cafe just opened a new location by my house so i decided to go check it out with a friend earlier—2 coffees and 2 mediocre muffins was $30 it took them 3x to get my coffee right and i didn't ask for anything crazy—iced oat latte—that's literally just espresso + oat milk + ice i know when coffee joints are not serious people when their cups are 16oz... you end up with a full cup of milk and 2% espresso not to mention, the espresso tasted acidic af i don't see how some businesses survive tbh—or i guess i just don't have the patience to be out and about anymore bc i can make this shit at home for a fraction of the cost and it tastes 100x better that's it, that's the story
