@remilouf That’s true. I’ve worked with so many founders who spend all their time taking in info from books like that and not enough time thinking through their own stuff/talking to experts. Doesn’t look like you’ll get stuck there though!

@danapubs Totally agree 3 books in. Luckily I’m a fast reader and go through them and take notes in ~ 1h (I know what I’m looking for). Being surrounded by experts is great for details, but you do need a framework to operate at a high level.

@remilouf I’ll talk to you about PLG/customer acquisition. The Mom Test is to make things really easy to use (a good product strategist and UX person can help). Culture? Just don’t be a dick and be a human. Hire someone to design culture when you can afford it.

Cooking’s not bad either, or rock climbing (not a fan). Anything that can really hurt you if you don’t pay attention, actually.
