Kaido only ever lost in 1v1s in his formative years, and these Ls were against the strongest in living memory. Just look at how Kaido ran a 1v14 quantlet, defeated Luffy 4 times, and adapted to fight G5 blow for blow. All while still making an entire island float. Kaido has noteably higher durability, endurance, and stamina.
