8 weeks ago today i had surgery still having to rest alot still at least another 4 weeks before the stitches dissolve. Still can't walk up shops with out it hurting. Last night/early hrs this morning my bag exploded twice at 3.30am n 6am had no sleep. But i am still here.

An open letter to the social worker who wrote my case files: Trigger warning - contains extracts of case notes some may find upsetting, with reference to CSE & domestic abuse. Putting this out there is scary, but not nearly as scary as the thought that nothing will change.
