This is what a deload week for @HailStateBB commit @dane_burns looks like at @zl_performance
Coming off of TJ just about a year ago, being 93-95 in his last couple of bullpens. We decided to give him a deload to allow the super compensation effect to hit.
Allow the body to fully recover before he gets back into pushing for live at bats.
Dane is set to pitch in the @mlbdraftleague this summer and is ready to improve his stock!
Oh and btw these throws were 88 🤷♂️👀
